PURPOSE OF A KEESTA BRAND SALES REP:
. Create awareness of the Keesta brand and the services it provides
. Build and maintain a customer base
. SALES, SALES, SALES – finding available positions that the Talent Managers can fill with their uniquely chosen candidates
. Communicate with the rest of the Keesta team to ensure they understand the client’s needs and to ensure that speed and accuracy of implementation is applied
. Experience in recruitment industry a definite advantage(but not a deal breaker)
. Cold Calling skills(very nb!)
. Great at building and maintaining relationships
. Closing the deal skills
. Great knowledge of our unique service
. Excellent communication skills to understand and ensure the client’s needs are fulfilled
